our first text, we discussed the main idea and the message of it. Here I
found a classic: REM's Everybody Hurts. I want you to watch it,
understand the lyrics and tell me your opinion about it: What is it

When you`re sure you had enough of this life, when you feel sad and your days looks like nights. Don`t let yourself go, hold on, sometimes everybody hurts but remember you aren`t alone you can take comfort in your friends.

the song is very true.. we can not hope that everybody do good things for us. we have to do the best for others.. and i think that the main idea of the song is that we have to learn to accept the faults and imperfection of others because no vary is perfect.

GREAT SONG! I THINK THIS SONG TALK ABOUT COURAGE, HOPES AND BELIEFS. SOMETIMES WE THINK THAT PEOPLE CAN BE PERFECT OR THAT OUR PROBLEMS ARE ETERNAL. THIS SONG IS SIMILAR TO THE READING BECAUSE I THINK EVERYBODY HAS A PURPOSE IN THIS LIFE. WE ARE NOT PERFECT, WE MAKE MISTAKES, WE FALL DOWN AND WE GET UP. DeleteI believe this song is about the pain that people go through in their lives, everybody has felt bad at some point, but no matter how bad things get, life gets better, you just have to be strong enough to endure it and let the time do its job and ease the pain you feel. It relates to the passage in the way that the parents of the boy have done sacrifices their entire lives as parents, but the love that they have for their son has make all the efforts they have done completely worth it.

DeleteFirst i have to say it is a beatiful song, the lyrics is simple but says so much, i think the song try to tell us that everybody sometimes hurts, there are situation the make you feel sad and dissappointed, but you have to be patien. Someway you will find a friend to support you, to not give up, and just keep going.

DeleteThe song is very beautiful! Along our lives we can find many obstacles and people that could hurt us, but there is when we must learn to get ahead. The relation between the song and the reading passage is that in some cases people could have limitations but we have to face our problems. Don´t get depressed thinking in all the things that we don't have. Just try to enjoy your life as much as possible and always live each day as if it were the last. We must remember that God will always be with us, to help us and protect us. We are not alone. Don’t give up, keep going.

When you said "Don´t get depressed thinking in all the things that we don't have." you reminded me of a proverb "A man's trash is someone's treasure" (or something like that). We shouldn't complain about the things we lack, but thank for the things we have.
DeleteThe video is about different kind of people with different problems in their lifes. They are all stuck in the traffic and suddenly one person got out of the car and walked forward. Then all the people in the traffic did the same thing. I think the video shows a methafor of moving forward even in the adversity that is the message of the song´s lyrics. Everybody is going to have problems in the life sometime, we always are going to have challenges, some of them very painful, but staying by our own is not the answer to overcome the bad moments. The relation between the reading passage and this song is that the first one shows the sad thoughts of the people in the traffic because they are passing for a bad moment and the second one is the song that tells how might you feel and what to do in those moments.

DeleteThis song is about how we are hurted through difficulties of this life. In this cases we can find a support in the friends and resolving each situation which affect our daily living. The song showes a message of hope. People should strive to achieve their dreams, get ahead and not stopping for anything. The relation between the reading passage and this song is the "pain" that we feel into suffering, it pain is induced for the sadness and the fear. Many times we don't understand why things happen in a way that we don't think in this life. However, we have to learn to live with our purpose without complaining.

This song have any nice message “not throw your hand” “you aren´t alone” that give me to understand that there is a god in the heaven that is looking you and all have a reason in this life. when you hear this song you feel those forces need to keep going, because everyone have a instability in the life and the relation with the passage and the song is follow fighting in the life everything happen by anything and in the final you see the recompense as we saw in the passage. great song!

I love this music , i think the song have a possitive message in the people that have problems because they think that cannot overcome it, but if they have faith all the problems will be minimum .

I think that It's about the life and our feeling. You should never give up when you do someting wrong because with each errors that you do in along your life, you will learn something. The life's obstacles do not have to stop you, It helps you to learn more about the life and helps you to be a good person. ¡Our errors are to overcome yourself!

In my opinion it’s a very cute song, I had listened it but I had never heard it. I like listening to songs and describe the meaning of them, I do it all the time. I think this song doesn’t say too much, but it has a message for everyone. When something bad happens we always ask ourselves why me? But what we don’t consider is that it happens to everyone in different situations, but all of us have felt pain at the time. We must learn to be strong and stay until the end, no matter how long is our suffering otherwise how long we are able to resist and to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I always say that things happen for a reason and you have to know to endure them and recover yourself and always be the mainstay of others. This song also has relationship with the reading because parents suffer for their child, but they must endure because unfortunately that will lasted all his life, but they have to learn to keep their suffering and take advantage of the situation. I have a personal experience in my family. I have a brother with autism, it is painful but when you learn to see the bad things as a God’s proof you realize that was the best thing that could happen in your life and you won’t change for anything, because it is what makes you a better human being. No matter how many days the proof takes, you have to get over it!.

The song is very nice. I think that the song describe the true of the life. Not to everybody can like well .The people always think first in your benefit, this is good, but somebody are selfish. they can hurt to other people when they obtain theirs purposes.
ReplyDeleteIn my opinion, In the life no one is alone. All have people who care for them; they are our friends and family. they are strength in our difficult times. The song show that in the difficult moments we must not overcome and we have hope and get forward with help of the family and friends.
I think this song is good for imporving your feelings if you feel alone or sad about any problem you had or have. It makes you feel more comfortable. It also helps you not for feeling terrible. the song could help you feel better if you need it. Is the first time I hear this song and it sounds good and the letter is good, too. - Kevin Tufiño P.
ReplyDeleteThis is such a motivational song and its main idea is that everyone feels lonely and sad at least once and the best thing that we can do is to hold on, to make a long story short its message is that we have to try to be strong and fight against all the impediments. It is not an easy work but it's better than nothing and our life will turn in a better way.
